Hill Country Food Park Brings Austin Food Trucks To A Brooklyn Food Court

The folks who brought us Hill Country may have solved decision fatigue once and for all with a brand new food park filled with Texas-style options that’ll take care of breakfast through dessert. Owners Marc and Kristen Glosserman have rounded up quite an offering in their former Hill Country Barbecue location on Adams Street. They’re serving King David breakfast tacos, Du’s Donuts and City of Saints Coffee Roasters. There’s Tex-Mex fare at Nickie’s, veggie-forward sandwiches at Bluebonnets, and square, toppings-rich pizza at Austino’s. There’s the Texas-style barbecue and fried chicken that made the Glossermans famous. And now there’s the just-relocated Downtown Brooklyn honky-tonk staple Hank’s Saloon on the top floor, too.
