The salad order: The “Chopped” (like an elevated version of your favorite pizzeria’s) and the seasonal watermelon feta (umami galore).

The apps order: The shrimp cocktail (trust us) and the meatballs (with tangy San Marzano tomato sauce).

The pies order: The Margarita Classica (why fix what isn’t broken!), The Calabrese (spicy!) and the Lombardi (a tower of greens and shaved parm!). Plus, all pizzas can be made gluten-free.
